The purpose of a Waiver Form is to allow you to hire an attorney to act on your behalf in court. A majority of the time a speeding ticket can be handled by waiver. Some other traffic offenses can be as well, such as a seatbelt ticket.
You can download our waiver of appearance form here. You would need to sign the form and return it to us. If you haven’t called us already, you need to before we can represent you. Our number is 1 800 738 0449. We can accept payment over the phone by credit card, a check through mail, or we would be happy to have you come by our office. It’s also important for us to have a copy of your citation, facts about what happened, and information so that we can obtain your driving record to have with us in court.
