About Hardison & Cochran
At Hardison & Cochran, our practice is devoted 100% to Injury and Disability law. We represent individuals, not large corporations or insurance companies.
At our firm, we employee 10 attorneys and 38 staff. Ken Hardison has been handling personal injury and disability cases in North Carolina for over 26 years. We also have 5 former licensed insurance adjusters, who help give us insight on how the insurance companies think and handle injury claims.
Hardison & Cochran has a great group of individuals who together make a winning team! We are very proud of the work we do for those whose lives have been turned upside down by injuries and disabilities.
Ben Cochran, Ken’s partner, is a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law in N.C. Less than 100 lawyers statewide have achieved this distinction. You really need a specialist when you have been injured on the job. By having a specialist, you are letting the insurance companies know that you are not going to be a victim twice.
Hardison & Cochran also has the resources to hire the necessary experts and investigators to fight the big insurance companies with their money and experts. This is very important because you want to be able to go head to head with the insurance companies on a level playing field.
At Hardison & Cochran, we pride ourselves in giving top notch quality legal service along with exceptional client service. We push the other side to make something happen. Like our slogan says, ‘We make it happen, by putting you first.‘
We investigate your personal injury or disability case quickly and push your legal matter as quickly as possible without taking shortcuts or giving up on quality of work product. We believe the harder we push your case against the other side, the better chance we have of getting you a result that you will be satisfied with.
By making it happen, we put you the client first and foremost. You and your case come first at Hardison & Cochran. Just take a look at some of our testimonials under the testimonial tab on this site. The clients say it all. At Hardison & Cochran, we REALLY DO make it happen, by putting YOU first!
