Our Staff

Over a period of years while forming the firm, we have come to the conclusion that unless our non-lawyer staff believes in the same values (desirable work traits) that the firm has set as its guidelines, then we would not be able to provide our clients with the type of attention and service we believe is essential to the success of our firm.

For that reason, our firm does extensive pre-hiring interviews including a personal values session all applicants must go through before being considered as an employee of this firm.

Once an employee is hired, they are then required to attend training classes throughout the year with the firm’s own in-house training program. They are taught everything from understanding the law and how it applies to our cases as well as personal growth and development.

Each client is assigned an experienced staff member to work with the client and the attorney handling the case. While we do not permit our non-lawyer staff to give legal advice, they are a source of information and contact for our clients on their cases.

We are very proud of the staff who work at Hardison & Associates. They truly have created a very enthusiastic support team for our clients and deliver quality work product.

What To Do Right After An Accident?

Having an accident can be a very stressful situation whether you are injured or not. However, there are a few things you can do right after an accident to make the ordeal a little less stressful. First, at the scene get as much information as you can about the other party. Get the driver’s name, address, phone number and license plate number. If there are any witnesses that saw the accident and come to check on you, get the witness’s name, address and phone number. Many times witnesses leave before the police arrive. However, if you have this information you can give it to the police officer and she/he can follow-up with the witness if there is a dispute as to what happened in the accident.
