Hardison & Cochran was formed by Kenneth L. Hardison and Benjamin T. Cochran with the belief that a new type of law firm was needed in today’s day and age. Ken and Ben’s vision centers on providing outstanding results gained from an experienced team of professionals with personal attention to the client and uncompromising integrity. The firm’s focus on making things happen and putting the client first has proved successful. From the original office located in Dunn, North Carolina (some 35 miles east of Raleigh), the company has grown to add offices in Raleigh, Fayetteville, Southern Pines, Durham and Wilmington.
Early on in the practice, the decision was made for Hardison & Cochran to concentrate all of its work on cases involving injury law. This focus has allowed the attorneys and staff at the firm to gain considerable expertise in personal injury, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, worker’s compensation, catastrophic injuries, dog bites, swimming pool accidents, bicycle accidents, school bus accidents, traumatic brain injury (TBI), burn injuries, dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, nursing home negligence and social security disability.
Ken L. Hardison, known as the “people’s lawyer,” is the Senior Partner of the firm. Over the past 26 years, Ken has developed Hardison & Cochran into a highly respected practice. Both Ken and Ben share in managing the firm’s day to day operations and enjoy outstanding reputations within the legal community, and they are featured speakers at various seminars dealing with legal and law office management issues.
