Obtained for a client who was operating a forklift inside a New Hanover County, North Carolina warehouse when a tractor-trailer pulled away from the loading dock, causing the forklift to fall more than five feet to the ground with the client still inside. The client suffered serious injuries to the shoulder, arm, leg and pelvis, requiring surgery followed by extensive rehabilitation.
