Hardison & Cochran is pleased to announce that our managing partner Benjamin T. Cochran has been named as a 2017 North Carolina Super Lawyer.
This is the third year in a row and eighth time overall that Mr. Cochran has been recognized by Super Lawyers. He was selected for inclusion on the Supers Lawyers list of rising stars from 2010 through 2014.
A Thomson Reuter business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers in more than 70 practice areas who have achieved a high degree of peer recognition and professional accomplishment. The final published list represents no more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state.
Mr. Cochran’s thorough understanding of North Carolina workers’ compensation law enables him to educate injured workers about their legal rights and approach each case in a way that serves our clients’ best interests.
Mr. Cochran is a Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law and a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.
In addition to the Super Lawyers listing, Mr. Cochran was recently named to the list of The Best Lawyers in America© 2017 in the Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants’ category. Mr. Cochran has been recognized by Best Lawyers each year since 2014.
