What to do this Weekend/Father’s Day 2015

Hardison & Cochran wishes a Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads out there! A card and phone call are good, but why not step it up this year? There are plenty of entertainment opportunities around the Triangle, go ahead and explore them! In Apex, the Fourth Annual Peak City Pig Fest will continue for the entire weekend. BBQ teams will compete and provide some great dining options. In addition to the BBQ, a food truck rodeo will be available. If BBQ isn’t your thing (you are probably dieting), head over to Cary tonight to enjoy Trivia Night at the Winery at Chatham Hill Winery and Event Venue. It is the first time this event is happening, so go out and show your support! Taking a break from the food and drink, how about a little time at the theater! Macbeth Macbeth will start today at the Raleigh Little Theater, and The Color Purple the Musical The Color Purple the Musical started on the 12th at St. Francis of Assisi. If music is more dad’s (or your) thing, there are many local bands that perform at different bars and clubs every weekend. Make this Father’s Day Weekend one to remember!
