A rehabilitation and nursing center located on the campus of Rex Hospital. Offering both short-term rehabilitation services and nursing care. The center is the only sub acute rehabilitation facility in the area to be accredited by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. The nursing facilities have been rated 4 out of 5 stars overall by the Medicare Five-Star Quality Rating System. Participates in Medicare and Medicaid.
