Giveaway Entry Dates:

February 4th, 2026 – February 28th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET

Restrictions:

Must be 18+ years old and a resident of the state of North Carolina to be eligible to win. Hardison & Cochran employees and their family are not eligible to win.

Entry Methods:

To be eligible to win you must meet all the requirements listed above and enter using the submission form located on this page only. E-mails, faxes, mail ins, submissions on any other forms on lawyernc.com, or messages on social media platforms will not be accepted as an eligible entry.

In February of 2026, the requirement for competition will be a fully filled out survey that is submitted. 

Grand Prize:

Two randomly drawn winners will each receive a $500 check. 

Winner Selection:

One day after the deadline for entry, a spreadsheet will be produced with a list of the names of everyone who has entered.

A number will then be randomly generated using online tools. The name associated with the number on the spreadsheet will be declared the winner.

Contacting Winner:

After a winner is selected they will be contacted by email and phone.

If, after 7 days, we cannot get in touch with the initial winner, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented again. This process will be used until a winner is adequately contacted and confirmed.

If the initial winner fails to meet eligibility requirements, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented once it is determined that the initial winner is ineligible.

The giveaway item cannot be substituted for cash or traded for any other items. If the item described on this page is discontinued or unavailable for purchase, one of equal value will be substituted.

Prize Delivery/ Fulfillment:

The prize will be mailed to or delivered the winner’s residence once the winner confirms their mailing address. There is no cost to the winner. Hardison & Cochran will cover all shipping and handling expenses, but is not responsible for any issues that may occur during shipping, including loss or damage. Winner can also select to visit a Hardison & Cochran office to pick up the prize. 

Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Hardison & Cochran to announce their first name and city or county of residence in future promotions or marketing materials, unless prohibited by law.

Marketing Communications:

By entering this giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Hardison & Cochran via email and/or postal mail. Participants may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in any email received from Hardison & Cochran.

To opt out of postal mailings, participants must send an email to wsc@lawyernc.com including their full name and mailing address.
