Car Wash Giveaway Rules + Terms
Giveaway Entry Dates:
April 17, 2024 – May 3rd, 2024
Restrictions:
Must be 18+ years old and a resident of the state of North Carolina to be eligible to win. Hardison & Cochran employees and their family are not eligible to win.
Entry Methods:
To be eligible to win you must meet all the requirements listed above and enter using the submission form located on this page only. E-mails, faxes, mail ins, submissions on any other forms on lawyernc.com, or messages on social media platforms will not be accepted as an eligible entry.
Grand Prize:
Five (5) individuals will receive a $100 Gift Card.
Winner Selection:
One day after the deadline for entry, a spreadsheet will be produced with a list of the names of everyone who has entered. Five numbers will then be randomly generated using www.random.org. The names associated with the numbers on the spreadsheet will be deemed the winners of the giveaway.
Contacting Winner:
After winners are selected they will be contacted by e-mail and phone.
If, after 7 days, we cannot get in touch with an initial winner, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented again. This process will be used until 5 winners are adequately contacted and confirmed.
If any initial winner fails to meet eligibility requirements, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented once it is determined that the initial winner is ineligible.
The giveaway item cannot be substituted for cash or traded for any other items.
Prize Delivery/ Fulfillment:
Once a mailing address of the Giveaway Winner is confirmed, the item will be mailed. Hardison & Cochran will cover all shipping and handling fees associated with the item.
