On July 21st, the news story below aired on Raleigh-Durham’s NBC17. NBC17 has been investigating the deaths of two men who suffocated after a manhole they entered didn’t have sufficient oxygen. The insurance company for the business has denied both of the mens’ families workers’ compensation death benefits.
