A continuing care retirement community with independent and assisted living options, as well as a Health Center providing skilled nursing care. Incoming residents have the choice of a villa or apartment. Amenities include a pool, wood shop, art studio, game room, golf course, and bocce and tennis courts. The residents operate a variety of clubs and activities. Carolina Meadows is run on a non-profit basis, and does not participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs.
