Will my child be able to receive any sort of benefits if I die?

Even if you do not receive any sort of disability benefit while you are alive, your minor child (under 18) is entitled to a survivor benefit in the amount of ? of the benefit that you would have gotten had you been disabled. Your adult child may also be entitled to this benefit if he or she became disabled before he or she turned 22.
