Kimberly T. Miller joined Hardison & Associates in 2007 after obtaining a Juris Doctorate from Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. Before attending law school, she received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Public Policy Analysis.
Mrs. Miller attributes her desire to become an attorney back to her childhood. Her first memories of wanting to pursue a career in law came from watching Matlock with her grandfather. She didn’t want to become just an attorney, but specifically a trial lawyer. Due to this, she chose the Advocacy Track during law school, which is a program that prepares the student for being a trial attorney.
Mrs. Miller is very active in the advocacy of motorcycle safety. She has completed and regularly speaks at Accident Scene Management, Inc. events on topics such as Good Samaritan Laws in North Carolina and motorcycle insurance.
